Sr Consultant: Leads project workstreams, identifies and documents business requirements and manages requirements. Provides functional design, prototyping (including scenario design and flow mapping), testing, user training, and defines support procedures. Additional duties may include coordinating schedules, creating documentation and collateral, developing and executing test/use cases, configuring Workday software, and assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream’s efforts and project leadership as required. Key responsibilities will include: Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience 2+ years of experience leading workstreams or small teams Workday Financials Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joining A minimum of 1 full lifecycle Workday Financial implementation Hands-on functional experience Proficiency in multiple business processes. Some combination of the following: Record-to-Report (RtR) Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Order-to-Cash (OTC) Willingness for 50% travel Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred: Other leading Cloud-based SaaS financial application implementation experience (e.g., NetSuite, Fusion, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson) An advanced degree in the area of specialization Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or project manager on at least one full lifecycle implementation A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical solutions under multiple deadlines Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements Willingness to mentor junior staff Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment Ability to collaborate with clients Wages

The wage range for this role reflects a range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. The disclosed range is $107,600 to $198,400 and may vary by geographic location. At Deloitte, starting near the top of the range is not typical and compensation decisions depend on the facts of each case. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance. How you’ll grow
