We are looking for a skilled
Salesforce Developer cum Administrator
who can manage both
platform development
and
administration responsibilities , while being the first line of defense for
P1/production issues . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Salesforce configuration and customization, and also experienced in incident management for business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Act as the
primary Salesforce Admin & Developer
for the organization. Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve
P1 (Priority 1) production issues
with minimal downtime. Perform
Salesforce administration tasks
(user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, process builder, flows). Design, develop, and maintain
custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Ensure platform stability, scalability, and security compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, operations) to implement Salesforce solutions. Maintain proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions. Monitor system health, perform root cause analysis, and suggest long-term fixes for recurring issues. Required Skills & Qualifications 8 years of experience as a
Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator . Strong expertise in
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura / LWC) . Hands-on experience with
Salesforce configuration & administration . Proven track record of handling
P1/production support incidents . Good knowledge of
Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
(preferred). Familiarity with
change management, deployment (CI/CD), and release processes . Salesforce
Admin (ADM 201) and/or Platform Developer I
certification preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
