Senior Director, Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Field Sales The Senior Director, Infusion Sales is responsible for leading growth and account penetration across the Infusion vertical. Reporting to the CoC Vice President of Sales & Account Management, this role oversees a field-based team of Business Development Directors, Regional Account Managers, and Growth Program Managers. The Senior Director will define and execute the Infusion sales strategy, leveraging multi-level stakeholder relationships to maximize team performance, strengthen Premier’s market position, and drive both near- and long-term sales and profitability. Responsibilities

Responsibility #1 – 60%: Execute assigned current fiscal year sales objectives, including establishing and maintaining accountability for booking targets to enable revenue objectives, determining distribution of sales team resources, and direct support of critical business pursuits; manage top customer and performance group accounts and priority strategic pursuits; meet or exceed corporate and individual objectives through relationship building and business development. Responsibility #2 – 30%: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue; monitor, coach and assist employees regarding Sales Strategy execution for assigned product line and role; ensure proper job performance, attainment of goals, account penetration effectiveness, customer satisfaction, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses, and professional development. Responsibility #3 – 10%: Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and work practices for all direct reports; hold regular meetings with direct reports via phone (weekly minimum) and co-travel 25-50%; review expenses for direct reports, verifying accuracy and appropriateness and budget maintenance. Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive. Internal salary range for this role is $141,000 - $234,000. Final salary depends on market factors including departmental budgets, internal equity, education, skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier uses a wide-range salary structure to provide base salary flexibility within our ranges.
