As the Associate Director, Above Brand & Digital Lead for Precision Medicine Marketing, you will help shape the commercialization of AstraZeneca’s precision-enabled therapies. Your mission is to design and implement an above-brand strategy with a focus on digital and non-personal promotion execution. Collaborate with Precision Medicine Marketing Indication Leads and own above-brand content and deployment. This role is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, the hub for US Oncology and the Oncology Business Unit. Accountabilities Oversee seamless execution, integration, and continuous improvement of marketing channels for Precision Medicine Above Brand content, including Web & Media. Analyze and optimize marketing channel performance for Precision Medicine Above Brand content to enhance efficiency, engagement, and return on investment aligned with business objectives. Consult and collaborate with Precision Medicine Marketing Indication Leads to develop metrics, customer journeys & optimal channels for non-personal promotion for priority biomarkers. Regularly review, refine, and adapt workflows to meet changing business needs and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. Identify and capitalize on emerging channels, trends, and technologies to enhance customer engagement and channel mix. Drive innovation through testing new tactics, platforms, and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Manage the creative & media agency relationships for Precision Medicine Above Brand tactics, including the AstraZeneca approval process to ensure timely deployment of content. Adhere to the AZ Code of Conduct, Standards, and SOPs as well as follow all regulatory and compliance requirements for your role. Essential Skills/Experience Bachelor's degree 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years digital/omni-channel/NPP experience Experience working in collaborative team settings liaising between agencies/media teams Experience with non-personal promotion campaigns & targeting multiple customer groups Excellent communication and presentation skills and high emotional intelligence, organizational skills and effective team skills Desirable Skills/Experience An MBA or advanced degree Oncology and companion diagnostic experience within pharma Proficiency with the application of data, analytics & digital tools in marketing and business processes Note: The annual base pay for this position ranges from $180,875 to $271,312. Base pay offered may vary based on factors including market location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The role may include eligibility for short-term incentives and long-term incentives where applicable; benefits include retirement plans, paid time off, and health coverage as per plan terms.
