Oversee front and back-of-house retail operations and manage a team of approximately 30 staff members. Retail menu and promotion development, cash handling and driving retail sales. Have oversight of day-to-day retail operations. Achieve company and client financial targets and goals. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships. Ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance. Ensure Sodexo standards are met. What We Offer

Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
