Customer Success Manager

with deep expertise in

optical inspection

to lead strategic customer engagement and drive product success. Key Responsibilities

Identify high-impact customer challenges and lead multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap features based on Voice of Customer (VoC) input. Develop long-term product strategies in partnership with Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. Evaluate and validate technical strategies to ensure alignment with customer needs. Promote cross-team communication and alignment on key VoC features. Build and lead a Product Applications team; standardize application use-cases. Define and report on key performance metrics for the Applications function. Mentor and provide oversight to Applications Engineers. Qualifications

Education:

Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field. Experience:

10+ years in semiconductor metrology and inspection, with a strong background in optical technologies. Proven leadership in customer success, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Experience with automated KPI tracking and continuous process improvement. Skills & Expertise

Deep understanding of semiconductor metrology and inspection systems. Proficient in lifecycle management tools, templates, and checklists. Recognized as a market voice and thought leader. Ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges. Why Join Us

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
