Store Manager - Banter by Piercing Pagoda - Manassas Mall at Signet Jewelers. Responsibilities
Maintain daily focus on individual and team standards to attain sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select store team members. Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L and adhering to company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned. Qualifications
At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; ability to use basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form. Availability to work days, nights and weekends. Benefits and Total Rewards
Base pay, $20.67 – $30.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined by experience and qualifications. Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Insurance (Full-Time Team Members). 401(k).
