We're Hiring: Field Services Supervisor

About the Role: 

As our Field Services Supervisor, you’ll take the lead across multiple active job sites, ensuring high-quality installations of flooring and tile. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, safety advocate, and communicator between field crews, contractors, and clients. Your leadership will directly impact the success of each project — from pre-walks to punch lists. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Supervise installation crews to deliver excellent, on-time installations 

• Be the on-site expert, resolving issues and enforcing safety and quality standards 

• Attend project kickoff meetings and construction site walkthroughs 

• Manage jobsite logistics and report progress using photos and digital tools 

• Communicate clearly with internal teams and builder partners 

• Drive continuous improvement in how we execute and support field work 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Proven supervisory experience in flooring installation or construction 

• Technical expertise in carpet, tile, LVP, wood, and laminate 

• A hands-on leader who can juggle multiple job sites 

• Strong communicator with a solutions-first mindset 

• Familiarity with construction site protocols and general contractor workflows 

• Reliable transportation (and a love of being out in the field) 

Bonus Points For: 

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills 

• Experience with builder programs or new construction 

• Comfort with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and tools like Company Cam
