Preconstruction Director Digital Infrastructure
to lead large-scale
Data Center
pursuits in Dallas. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping budgets, estimates, and strategy on some of the most complex projects in the industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering
$200M+ projects , with exposure to
$1B+ mega-projects . This individual will work directly with clients, design teams, and trade partners to drive preconstruction excellence, while also supporting
business development efforts
in the rapidly growing digital infrastructure market. Key Responsibilities Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale
Data Center projects . Develop and manage conceptual and detailed budgets and estimates. Collaborate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scope, cost, and scheduling alignment. Provide market insight and benchmarking for mega-project planning. Support client relations and play a role in
business development . Mentor and lead preconstruction team members. What Were Looking For Proven track record with
Data Center projects
valued at $200M+ (experience on $1B+ projects strongly preferred). Background with
top Data Center contractors
or companies known for delivering complex mission-critical projects. Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients, architects, and trade partners. Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and support BD activities. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
