About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on
Senior Lead in Generative AI and Deep Learning
to drive innovation across semiconductor, manufacturing, and enterprise domains. This role blends technical leadership, architectural vision, and mentorship, with a strong focus on building production-grade AI applications using both GenAI and traditional deep learning approaches.
Key Responsibilities
GenAI Architecture & Implementation Lead the design and deployment of advanced GenAI solutions including:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) LLM Fine-Tuning & Prompt Engineering Agentic AI Systems Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP)
Architect scalable GenAI platforms for manufacturing, semiconductor, and enterprise functions (HR, Finance, Operations, Services). Integrate and optimize models from
OpenAI, Mistral, Anthropic Claude, AWS Sonnet
, and others. Utilize developer tools like
GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf
, and cloud-native GenAI services. Deep Learning & Computer Vision
Build and deploy deep learning models for:
Document Intelligence
using
Azure Form Recognizer
,
OCR tools
, and
custom NLP pipelines
. Computer Vision
applications including defect detection, visual inspection, and predictive maintenance. Traditional CNNs, Transformers, and hybrid GenAI-CV solutions.
Apply both GenAI and classical DL techniques to solve real-world problems in manufacturing and enterprise automation. Cloud & DevOps Integration
Leverage GenAI and DL services across
AWS, Azure, and GCP
. Implement CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. Ensure security, scalability, and compliance in cloud-based AI deployments. Mentorship & Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in GenAI and DL best practices. Lead technical reviews, architecture discussions, and innovation workshops. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years in GenAI and 5+ years in Deep Learning. Proven expertise in RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and MCP setups. Strong experience with OCR, document intelligence, and computer vision in manufacturing. Hands-on with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud SDKs. Deep understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with enterprise applications and their GenAI transformation potential. Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, and other productivity tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with regulated environments and enterprise-grade deployments. Contributions to open-source AI projects or academic publications. Certifications in cloud platforms or GenAI technologies.
