Front Desk Agents
to serve as the welcoming face of our resort. In this role, you'll ensure seamless check-ins, assist with guest inquiries, and handle special requests with care-helping to craft personalized and memorable stays. If you take pride in making others feel at home and delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests and owners with warmth, professionalism, and prompt attention to their needs. Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and care. Manage incoming calls, offering clear, helpful information or routing as necessary. Maintain up-to-date reservations and communications with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in guest service systems, including reservation management and check-in/check-out processes, you're also skilled at managing phone systems, directing calls, and providing clear, accurate information. Fluent in English, your friendly, professional energy helps create memorable, personalized experiences for every guest.
