Systems Technician II
to join a leading wireless communications, data & security systems provider located in
Timonium, MD
for a
fully onsite role.
The
Systems Technician II
will provide mission critical support for different statewide implementations to Public Safety customers such as State Departments, Hospitals, Firefighter/Police Stations, and EMT.
Responsibilities of the
Systems Technician II
: Installing, Programming, & maintaining P25 communication equipment Design & Upgrade customer systems Support customers and sales teams to prepare quotes, bids, and schedules for installation Provide Acceptance Test Plans, documenting results of site surveys Make modifications to electronic circuitry for customer and deploy factory software/firmware updates Qualifications for the
Systems Technician II:
4+ years of experience with Installation & Service of Two-Way Motorola Radios, Land Mobile Radios, P25 Trunking Systems, or MOTORBO RF Troubleshooting of P25 Network Understanding of RF circuitry needed to troubleshoot communication. Ability to troubleshoot backend of radio applications High School GED (Associates Degree Preferred OR Motorola certifications) Compensation for the
Systems Technician II:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 *depending on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO, Holidays, Sick Leave if required by law
