This position is responsible for performing professional work that is substantially varied in nature under general direction from a Program Director, Assistant Program Director, or other appropriate administrator. Assignments are received in the form of results expected, and there is substantial discretion to determine procedures and work products. The Program Planner/Analyst ensures that the goals and objectives of the program are accomplished by daily operational management, the development and delivery of program content and services, and the collection and analysis of program evaluations. This position requires skills in communication, recruitment, project management and data analysis A Program Planner/Analyst may be responsible for direct supervision of support staff, or for serving in a staff leadership role to assign and schedule work.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain course materials for all campuses: for the Incubator and Accelerator programs, covering key topics like business formation, equity management, financial planning, and business plan development. This course is implemented in Canvas. Event Planning, Planning and Recruitment across all campuses: Organize workshops, boot campus etc., across all campuses. Coordinate guest speakers, handle logistics for in-person and virtual events. Lead recruitment efforts by developing and working with Muma College of Business Communications unit. Startup Mentorship & Support across all campuses: Meet weekly with all 11 startup teams to track progress, provide business consulting, and offer guidance on key concepts like marketing, financial planning, and organizational structures. Tracking Progress & Evaluating Outcomes across all campuses: Monitor participant progress throughout the program and provide structured feedback at each stage. Establish performance metrics to measure both team and program success. Adapt the program based on emerging trends. Oversee program schedules, track deliverables and ensure teams meet key milestones. Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a field directly related to the program responsibilities and two years of professional experience; or Master's degree in an area of specialization appropriate for the program.

Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree. • Senate Bill 1310- The Florida Senate (https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2023/1310) is conditional upon meeting all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S. • SB 1310: Substitution of Work Experience for Postsecondary Education Requirements • A public employer may include a postsecondary degree as a baseline requirement only as an alternative to the number of years of direct experience required, not to exceed: • (a) Two years of direct experience for an associate degree; • (b) Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree; • (c) Six years of direct experience for a master's degree; • (d) Seven years of direct experience for a professional degree; or • (e) Nine years of direct experience for a doctoral degree • Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment. • Minimum Qualifications that require a high school diploma are exempt from SB 1310.
