Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner Locum to work coverage in Salem, Oregon. Starting, as soon as credentialed. Ask if you are a Locum considering a Permanent roll-over.

The Family Nurse Practitioner Role:

  • Setting: Clinic/outpatient only. No Call, no weekends.
  • Census: Adults under court order
  • Procedures: General Care. Physicals. History. Chronic maintenance.
  • Scope: In-person and possible telephone consults.
  • PPD: 4-8
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 p, Full-time
  • EMR: Avatar
  • Start: Anticipated November 2025.

Requirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner role:

  • OR state license; active, unrestricted.
  • Board certified (BE considered), CSR License.
  • Certifications - BLS.
  • Clean Malpractice will be given preference.
  • CV education and work history in MM/YYYY format
