Own global scope for Ferrous & Non-Ferrous raw materials (steel, copper, aluminum, special alloys) and outsourced services (e.g., plating, painting, epoxy coating). Define and develop commodity sourcing strategy for metals and related outsourced services. Develop and manage executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers aligned to business needs, technology roadmap, and footprint of operations. Assess capability gaps in existing supply chains and identify/develop new suppliers to bridge gaps. Lead supplier selection and commercial activities (pricing, business awards) across RFQ, NPI, and mass production for new and existing customers. Coordinate with quote and operations teams to provide guidance and direction. Ensure contracts and agreements (e.g., NDA, PA, VMI) are compliant with suppliers. Conduct periodic business reviews with management of strategic suppliers to strengthen engagement, improve cost competitiveness, and secure favorable terms. Gather and share procurement intelligence on market, supply, and pricing with internal stakeholders. Support internal stakeholders in resolving supplier escalations as needed. Qualifications

15-20 years' experience in commodity management of ferrous & non-ferrous raw materials and mechanicals in regional (Americas) and/or global roles. Experience in EMS/metals distribution, ODM or Tier 1 mechanical manufacturing environments in North America across data centers, cloud & communications, semiconductors, industrial, defense/aerospace, automotive, and healthcare sectors. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; strategic thinking with strong tactical execution ability. Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience required (Oracle experience a plus). A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering. ITAR facility requirement: US citizen or lawful permanent resident.
