As a Senior Paid Search Specialist at Youtech, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the success of our clients’ digital advertising campaigns. You will manage multiple accounts, conducting keyword research, campaign setup, execution, and performance analysis. With a strong command of platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Google Analytics, and Search Console, you’ll develop and deploy both local and long-tail search strategies to maximize ROI.
Your expertise will be key in optimizing campaign elements such as keyword lists, ad copy, and landing pages, while staying at the forefront of automation, conversion tracking, e-commerce strategies, and bidding optimization. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide detailed performance reports, ensuring campaigns are continuously refined for optimal outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to craft innovative paid search strategies for new clients, keeping Youtech at the cutting edge of the digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, management, and execution of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms to achieve client goals. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to drive highly effective PPC campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Continuously refine and test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Project Managers, SEO specialists, and creative teams to ensure alignment on overall marketing strategy. Develop and implement local and long-tail search strategies tailored to each client’s specific needs. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and relevant. Provide regular, detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective bidding strategies while maintaining the highest standards of performance. Oversee the integration and use of automation tools, conversion tracking, and advanced analytics to improve campaign efficiency. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Marketing, Business, or Communication). 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or PPC account management, with a focus on search and display network campaigns. Google Ads Certificate (Required). Google Analytics Certificate (Required). Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance goals in previous roles. Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, webinars, and in-person interactions. Demonstrated drive, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.
