Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight—designing, building and servicing engines. The TF33 program team is expanding to 3X and is seeking a Materials Analyst to manage proposals, orders, and multiple customer agreements supporting TF33 customers (DLA, US Air Force, NATO). The role focuses on supporting aftermarket spare part sales through SAP transactions and reporting. Strong analytical skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, the ability to prioritize daily tasks, and the ability to work independently under pressure on multiple projects are essential. Location: PW100, East Hartford, CT, USA. Position Type: Onsite. U.S. Citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract. Security Clearance: None/Not Required. Responsibilities

Interface with internal and external organizations and customers to communicate and prepare for successful material alignment, sourcing, expediting, and shipment. Understand customers’ critical pacing material and support a monthly Critical Parts call to provide delivery status for the most critical parts. Receive inputs internally and package and deliver clear external messaging to the customer. Continuously align supply and demand. Participate in PMO material forecasting integration with Delivery Assurance to ensure proper demand signals to the supply base through SIOP and Deep Look processes. Produce a reporting element that includes a suite of routine and ad-hoc Business Unit reports. Drive continuous improvement across the materials organization using CORE tools. Utilize strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with the U.S. Air Force, DLA, and NATO customers.

Qualifications You Must Have

BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering. 5 years of Business, Supply Chain or Customer experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience. US Citizenship is required; role may require access to systems/tools restricted to US citizens.

Qualifications We Prefer

Previous SAP and customer service experience; working knowledge of sales orders in SAP. Experience with DLA Aviation and/or USAF customer and contracts preferred. Proficiency in Office software (Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What Is My Role Type?

Onsite: Employees will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers. Candidates will learn more about role type and site status during the recruiting process. For onsite/hybrid roles, commuting is the employee’s responsibility. Some steps of the interview process may be conducted in-person at a Pratt & Whitney office location.

Salary/Benefits: The salary range is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off and holidays. Incentive programs may apply.
