Deals TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics Senior Manager
At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The Senior Manager leads commercial strategy and analytics engagements, builds and manages executive‑level relationships with PE and corporate clients, and guides teams in using advanced analytics and visualization tools to develop commercial perspectives and drive results.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial strategy and analytics engagements, translating findings into commercial recommendations for C-suite clients.
Build and manage executive relationships with PE and corporate clients; collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive client impact.
Mentor and develop future leaders in commercial analytics; promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain excellence in operations while driving project outcomes; translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior clients.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
6 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or commercial strategy
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Quantitative Finance preferred
Experience leading commercial strategy and analytics engagements
Experience building executive-level relationships with PE and corporate clients
Ability to oversee analytics‑driven projects in dynamic environments
Developing hypotheses and storyboards for decision‑making; translating findings into recommendations for C-suite clients
Mentoring future leaders in commercial analytics

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
