Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel litigation associate for the Seattle office with strong credentials and three to five years of experience in complex business litigation. At least two years of experience in a litigation position at a firm is required. Successful candidates will have excellent academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, and experience working on large and sophisticated litigation matters. Perkins’ commercial business litigation practice represents a wide range of businesses, professionals, and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution venues. Represent clients in complex business litigation matters in federal and state court and in alternative dispute resolution venues. Collaborate with experienced practitioners on local and national matters. Contribute to case strategy, factual investigations, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in complex business litigation. At least two years of litigation experience at a law firm. Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling large and sophisticated litigation matters. Benefits & Details
