Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for high-quality consumer electronic products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, reliability, and performance. Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and robustness. Support manufacturing processes, prototype development, and the transition from design to mass production. Partner with business teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements and program objectives. Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles with expertise in system design, testing, and problem-solving. Proven ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Exceptional analytical and communication skills to balance technical and business priorities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficiency with hardware systems design, reliability testing protocols, and advanced debugging equipment. Strong lab skills, including experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools. Desired Experience

10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, hardware development, or product launches. Track record of delivering products from concept to mass production across diverse portfolios. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and collaboration with global EMS or contract manufacturers. Seniority level
