Overview
The Manager, FP&A is an integral member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Financial, Planning & Analysis team. They lead budgeting and forecasting for Global Cash Flow, Headquarters’ central services, and Compensation. This role reports to the Director of Global Financial, Planning & Analysis. You will collaborate closely with financial analysts, planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, contribute to strategic discussions, and support decision-making processes. The qualified candidate should be detail-oriented, able to balance priorities, and deliver in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, plus excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Salary

Responsibilities
Own the budgeting and forecasting for key areas: Cash Flow across Global Consumer Products and Gaming & Digital portfolio; overhead/cost of sales for central services (Legal & Business Affairs, HR, Communications, IT, Finance & Franchise); Global Headcount and Compensation/benefits. Collaborate with Global Finance, Controllership & Business Operations for inputs and insights. Manage FP&A processes including annual budgets, monthly/quarterly operating forecasts, and long-range planning; support senior leadership with financial validation, risk identification, and corrective actions. Refine forecasting methodologies and assumptions using data-driven analytics; expand use of automation and data visualization. Partner with Controllership for quarter-close and year-end procedures; build strong cross-functional relationships to achieve department objectives. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis. Support senior leadership and colleagues with timely, accurate analyses and documentation. Travel may be required; hybrid work arrangement: minimum three days in-office per week, with a future update to four days per week (company may change in-office requirements). Qualifications
Career Level: Experienced; minimum 5 years in a finance role within Consumer Products / Retail / Parks or Global Media & Entertainment is a plus. Solid accounting/finance background; advanced Excel skills (PowerPivot/Data Modeling) and strong PowerPoint storytelling; experience with SAP or similar financial systems; professional accounting credentials (e.g., CPA, MBA) a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize; proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
