What You’ll Do
Hunt & Close: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and creative marketing — and turn conversations into contracts. Spot the Deal: Evaluate property values, run comps, and analyze conditions to uncover big-profit opportunities. Negotiate Like a Pro: Build instant rapport, overcome objections, and lock down win-win agreements with sellers. Stay Ahead: Track market trends, adapt fast, and bring innovative strategies to the table.
Qualifications
Experience in sales is preferred; strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. Experience using a CRM is preferred. Must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. Applicants should have 2+ years of sales experience; commission-only is preferred.
Compensation
$55,000-$120,000 per year (100% Commission — upside earning potential).
