Overview

Senior Vice President, Account Director role at Publicis Health. This position involves managing client relationships, partnering with senior leadership on high-level strategy, and applying deep domain knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. Responsibilities

New Business (50%)

Leads and participates in client pitches and presentations Identifies and seeks new business opportunities while maximizing existing business accounts Develops and presents new business pitches as assigned by the Managing Director Generates new business products and services to meet client needs and provide additional revenue opportunities

Client Operations (30%)

Participates in overall organizational operations to support new and existing customer needs Provides proactive communication of critical business issues and their impact on budget/forecasts to senior leadership Develops accurate revenue budgets and forecasts that meet or exceed targets Acts as a senior resource for clients through marketing strategies by providing high-level counsel and strategic advice Generates product strategy, scientific positioning, and branding for fully integrated offerings, including digital Seeks new assignments and revenue opportunities in collaboration with the Vice President

People Management (20%)

Mentors a high-performance account management team through visibility, accessibility, communication, and best-practice coaching Participates in recruitment and development of direct team members Supports the VP, Account Director in developing strategic and creative input to client programming initiatives Adheres to all Publicis policies and procedures

Qualifications

Four-year degree 12+ years of experience 8 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scope Creative agency and pharma experience, specifically HCP, strongly desired Effective presentation, training, and client-facing skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong analytic and strategic abilities Open to travel as needed Additional Information

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765 annually. The pay range may be modified based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Temporary roles may be eligible for certain benefits.
