This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to leaders across the organization. The Sr. HRBP will collaborate with management to build organizational capability, drive performance, and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management. Partner on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure long-term talent readiness. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and performance management. Interpret and apply HR policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, employee changes, and leave management. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align staffing plans with business objectives and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce needs. Develop and drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives in partnership with leadership. Analyze HR metrics and trends (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount, DEI, compensation) to influence business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation within the HRIS and related systems. Support or lead HR projects, process improvements, and change initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Your profile
Requirements Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role. Proven experience in coaching, influencing, and building relationships with leaders at all levels. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP). Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools. Experience with ADP Workforce Now. More information
The expected compensation range for this position is starting at $90,000 yearly. Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies based on factors including location, role, degree/credentials, skill set, and experience. Total rewards include salary, potential bonus, and benefits.
