Our client is a leading family-owned global manufacturing and distribution company with a history spanning over 180 years. They sell into retailers and own 65% of the market share globally. They’re seeking an HR Leader to support their North American manufacturing and distribution facilities. The HR Leader will support all aspects of HR operations, support all employees, and will be a critical member of the team. The HR Leader reports directly to the Chief People Officer. This role sits onsite at the client\'s North American headquarters.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance to the North American region to drive business goals
Benefits Administration, including LOA and workers\' compensation and employee wellness plan
Recruiting, onboarding and talent management
Compliance and regulations maintenance and adherence
Provide guidance and support throughout employee lifecycle
Qualifications / Desired Skills
5+ years of human resources experience
Ability to work with all levels of employees across the organization
Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and HRIS including ADP
Proficient in Excel; ability to pull data into pivot tables, graphs, etc.
