Responsibilities

Lead complex business transactions (7+ years of experience).

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, financing agreements, and other transactional documents.

Advise and structure mergers and acquisitions.

Experience with entity formation and structuring, LLC agreements, shareholder agreements.

Some portable business is needed.

Qualifications
