Lynnwood, WA Compensation:
Competitive package with starting salary between $32,000 - $38,000 per year plus incentives and auto allowance eligibility. The expected first-year earnings are between $52,000 - $62,000. Final offer varies based on education, skills, and experience. Responsibilities
Represent Southern Glazer's in the market as a Sales Consultant with a customer-focused mindset. Develop trusted, consultative relationships with customers and understand their growth needs. Build a customer business growth plan for each account and create a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business. Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and achieve objectives. Pre-plan account visits with clear agendas and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof). Prioritize sales activities to meet objectives based on the customer growth plan. Visit accounts regularly, document visit notes and plans in CRM, and adjust based on outcomes. Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them effectively within each account. Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling skills. Support internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management. Resolve customer issues, identify additional opportunities, and provide useful information to drive business growth. Adapt selling approaches to match each customer’s buying style and needs; stay informed about competitors. Document account- and customer-specific information in CRM and participate in meetings, training, and events as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to analyze and understand data and information. Ability to use SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities. Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals. Proficiency with mobile devices and online communication (email, messaging) in a professional manner. Consistent results achievement, even under challenging circumstances. Strong accountability and commitment to high levels of service to customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management. Effective communication, with the ability to tailor messages to the audience. Adaptability in ambiguity; openness to change and innovative ideas. Team player who collaborates well with others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain/maintain auto liability insurance as required. High School Diploma or GED required. Able to travel as needed. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Demands
Prolonged sitting/typing on computer or mobile device; occasional standing and walking. Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and squatting. Ability to drive throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours. May lift/carry/push/pull up to 56 lbs.
