From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! As the Engineering Manager for Collaboration Tools, you own the end to end success of Figma’s Collab seat offering, which includes Figma Slides and FigJam. Collectively, these two products transform the way people brainstorm, develop, and present their ideas by leveraging the magic of real time collaboration and the infinite canvas that Figma is known for. Given the universal applicability of these products to all knowledge workers, Figma slides and FigJam will play a critical role in Figma’s continued growth to new audiences and expansion within existing customer bases. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and GTM to chart the course for these product lines in the AI era and leverage them to help Figma unlock the next xM users. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
