Engineering and Architecture Lead
to support our IC program. This position requires a
TS/SCI w/ Poly
clearance. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications and internal tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect robust, scalable, and secure systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., operations, support, product, data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments. Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and security. Integrate with internal and third-party systems. Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency, internal workflows, and customer-facing functions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity 10+ years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC Demonstrated six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology Three (3) years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions Experience with TMOD Archer design and development TS/SCI w/ Poly Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in any of the above disciplines Experience designing and documenting information systems in DoDAF architecture models and views Experience with data visualization, aggregation and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL data solutions, SQL and other query languages Experience with AI/ML 10+ years working in the IC Equal Employment Opportunity
