(Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr). This is a strategic and hands-on engineering leadership role to lead and scale electrical and mechanical engineering teams, optimize processes, and drive impactful initiatives from concept through delivery. This is a unique opportunity to influence engineering strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. What You’ll Do
Lead Engineering Teams:
Manage and grow electrical and mechanical engineering teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. Drive Operational Excellence:
Streamline engineering workflows, improve task management, and implement processes that increase efficiency, safety, and scalability. Oversee Product Engineering:
Leverage 10+ years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, new product design, systems engineering, and HV architecture to guide engineering execution. Strategic Project Leadership:
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement high-impact initiatives that enhance team performance and product outcomes. Process Development & Continuous Improvement:
Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across engineering operations. Talent Development & Culture:
Create an inclusive and high-performance culture, mentoring engineers and developing leadership capabilities across the team. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a strategic bridge between engineering, product, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure clear communication and aligned execution. What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on hardware engineering and design experience
in electrical and mechanical systems. 5+ years of demonstrated leadership
managing and growing electrical and mechanical engineering teams. Proven experience in
systems engineering design
and
HV architecture design . Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong operational acumen with a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices. Decisive, analytical thinker able to solve complex engineering and operational challenges. Experience driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Track record of growing and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Passion for cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth. Working Conditions & Travel
Full-time, exempt position based primarily in Cincinnati, Ohio. Regular interaction across operational, production, and warehouse environments. Occasional U.S. travel (~10%).
