Primary Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with Partners and colleagues to manage a client load of 75-80 clients
Provide exceptional, responsive service, portfolio management, and advice to all clients
Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to managing numerous client activities and tasks
Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates
Build strong, long-term client relationships. Work with clients to analyze their current financial health, help set short/long-term financial goals, and design a realistic plan of action
Coordinate client meetings including materials, agenda, and post-meeting action item follow-up
Provide answers to clients’ questions with superior service front of mind
Perform financial planning using e-Money
Provide trade recommendations and portfolio management
Achieve annually established goals to obtain client referrals, develop relationships with centers of influence, and develop new business in a rainmaking or closing role
Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other entities with which Cerity Partners has a relationship; comply with legal, professional and established firm standards of conduct
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7-10 years of professional work experience, ideally with 3+ years financial planning or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
CFP designation
Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, and Excel
Skills & Competencies

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Compensation Range $150,000 - $220,000
