The Recordkeeper Relationship Group supports Corporate and Institutional clients’ Third-Party recordkeepers to service Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit investment operations. The Recordkeeper Relationship Consultant serves as the primary contact for recordkeepers, overseeing daily participant investments and trading activity, and communicating with recordkeepers, investment managers, clients and internal partners to meet service needs and expectations. Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management oversight for client change events, including onboarding, fund launches, fund closures, and plan restructures. Lead the portfolio rebalancing process for custom funds and manage liquidity analysis trading for unitized company stock portfolios. Utilize knowledge of institutional investment operations, recordkeeping processes, and fund valuations to guide complex issues and support Client Administration and Daily Valuation Servicing teams. Manage and strengthen daily recordkeeping relationships for assigned book of business. Oversee daily participant investment activity and collaborate with Institutional Fund Accounting and Daily Valuation operations to resolve issues promptly. Review company stock liquidity trades, act as reviewer of liquidity calculations and transactions initiated by Recordkeeping Relationship Analysts. Manage client portfolio rebalancing, including calculations and initiation of Mutual Fund and Collective Fund trades and related cash movements. Receive inquiries from recordkeepers and partners, oversee transaction processing, resolve inquiries, obtain documentation, and follow up timely with recordkeepers and partners. Research and resolve complex exceptions and coordinate corrective entries and preventive processes. Communicate with recordkeeper and partner areas daily or as needed, focusing on client account activity. Identify service efficiency enhancements and process improvements. Collaborate with recordkeeper and partner areas on client structural changes and maintain action plans related to client changes. Initiate periodic meetings with recordkeepers to review service levels; prepare call reports and share with the service team. Provide leadership and act as a technical resource or subject matter expert for Client Servicing and Recordkeeping Relationship Analysts. Qualifications
4+ years of experience with master trust/custody products, investment operations, or direct recordkeeping services with emphasis on 401(k)/defined contribution plans. Client service experience/exposure. Knowledge of recordkeeping processes related to 401(k)/defined contribution plans, including fund valuations, unitization, and investments. General business knowledge including fund accounting and client servicing. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to identify and resolve account issues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Benefits
Salary Range:
$66,700 - $113,300 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
