Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled writer who loves turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive proposals that win business. As a Proposals Specialist, you’ll work closely with sales teams and senior leaders to create compelling RFP responses that highlight TransPerfect’s strengths. You’ll bring structure and creativity to the process, helping us raise the bar on quality and consistency while improving win rates. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape content that directly impacts growth. You’ll collaborate with smart, driven colleagues across the business, learn the ins and outs of different industries, and sharpen your ability to tell persuasive stories that resonate with clients. What You’ll Do
Write and edit client-focused proposals and RFP responses that stand out Make sure every submission is clear, accurate, consistent, and easy to navigate Work with sales teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and shape the story Maintain and update our proposal library so the best content is always at your fingertips Uphold brand standards and ensure every submission meets compliance requirements What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field 2+ years of experience writing proposals, managing RFPs, or in a role requiring persuasive B2B writing A sharp eye for editing and detail, with the ability to simplify complex information Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines Confidence working with sales leaders and cross-functional teams Solid Microsoft Word formatting and design skills; Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a plus About TransPerfect
