Plays a critical role in helping the Athletics Director achieve maximum role impact. Assists the Athletic Director to prioritize and make the best use of time, provides strategic and analytical support, manages full life cycle of assigned special projects, and helps the Athletics Leadership Team function as effectively as possible. Collaborates closely with all Athletics staff. Highly organized, strategic, and action-oriented, works in a fast-paced environment, and has a positive impact on a dynamic institution of higher education. Responsibilities
Play a critical role in helping the Athletics Director achieve maximum role impact. Assist the Athletic Director to prioritize and make the best use of time. Provide strategic and analytical support. Manage full life cycle of assigned special projects. Help the Athletics Leadership Team function as effectively as possible. Collaborate closely with all Athletics staff. Be highly organized, strategic, and action-oriented; work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive impact on the institution. Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Business, Communications, or related field is required. Required Experience
Seven (7) years of related work experience supporting leadership in managing complex projects and issues and working collaboratively with multiple constituents. Preferred Educational Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field Preferred Experience
Experience in a higher education work environment
