$74/hour Responsibilities
Design and implement internal communication plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and values. Create content for emails, intranet articles, presentations, and newsletters. Plan, manage, and execute all-hands meetings and company-wide events, including content development and logistical coordination. Partner with senior leadership to craft key messages and develop internal communication materials. Develop and deliver communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency for employees. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 6-8 years of experience in internal or corporate communications within dynamic organizations. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Proven experience planning and executing company-wide events, especially all-hands meetings. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently across multiple workstreams. What's in it for me?
