This position will closely work with Global Application teams in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing to implement, enhance, upgrade, and support our Corporate ERP system and mission critical Supply Chain business applications. The candidate must be subject matter expert in Oracle EBS 12.x.x and above, focusing on Oracle EBS Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Order Management, Warehousing and Planning. Responsibilities include designing and architecting solutions globally, providing day-to-day application support, and participating in global projects and initiatives. Solid hands-on Oracle ERP configuration/setup/architecture experience is required to deliver multiple solutions within Oracle EBS environment. Essential Job Functions
Implement, enhance, upgrade, support, and maintain mission critical business applications and integrated solutions. Understand business problems, perform GAP analysis, and provide multiple solutions with pros and cons. Assist the business in selecting the right solutions by offering SME for Order Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Inventory, BOMs, WIP, Outside Processing, O2C, and P2P modules. Act as an Implementation/ERP lead for projects and initiatives prioritized by the Supply Chain Management. Responsible for project execution by collaborating with the project team and user community. Architect and configure end-to-end solutions in Oracle Demantra Application for Planning areas. Design, develop, and architect custom applications, interfaces, and web services (RICE/CEMLI) from a functional perspective using Oracle technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms. Educate & train end users and technical staff on standard and custom functionality. Conduct regular meetings with onsite and offshore teams, maintain project activities, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to SDLC and policies. Lead and mentor offshore and onsite resources as needed. Provide timely updates to Corporate leadership team for various projects and initiatives. Ability to work in international time zones based on project requirements. Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems and software engineering or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in solution design/configuration and end-to-end implementations of Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules (OM, Purchasing, Shipping, Quality, Inventory, BOMs, WIP), O2C and P2P Modules, Enterprise Asset Management (eAMS), AME using Oracle EBS R12.x. 5+ end-to-end Oracle ERP full life cycle implementations with Oracle SCM and Manufacturing and other Oracle modules in a global environment with localizations. Ability to support & manage third party mission critical systems. Strong understanding of ERP business processes including setups like O2C, P2P, Plan to Build, Standard Costing, Global Intercompany. Knowledge of Infor WMS and Logility Supply Planning is a plus. Proven track record in executing multiple projects on Oracle Applications in different functional and technical areas. Able to lead offshore consultants, coach, and mentor junior developers & functional resources. Ability to run global requirement/design workshops, gap analyses between Oracle applications and business processes, with creative problem-solving to deliver quality results within scope and timeline. Proven experience working with Oracle Support and Oracle management, including escalation of Sev 1 issues on a 24x7 basis, and engaging Oracle on feature/function needs. Well versed with software development methodologies, MS Project, Visio, etc. Ability to work as part of a team yet independently on complex problems across multiple time zones. Strong communication skills with internal and customer technical staff, as well as business leaders. Excellent teamwork and a can-do attitude. Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior business leaders. Benefits
