Senior Cost Accountant (90K-95K+Bonus)

We are looking to fill a Senior Cost Accountant position with a manufacturing company in Dallas. This company is looking to expand their growing team so this is a newly created position. Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing cost accounting activities including inventory reconciliation, standard cost reviews, and analysis of manufacturing variances

Perform standard cost reviews and analysis

Develop, maintain, and review standard costs of material

Review and analyzes actual costs to identify inaccuracies

Review inventory cycle count process and results

Support general ledger month-end closing activities

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

4+ years of Cost Accounting Experience

Larger ERP experience and strong Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot Table)

Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex costing

Manufacturing background required
