Identify & Drive GenAI opportunities across digital sales and service journeys — internal (development, testing, content ops) and external (customer interaction, personalization). Strategic architecture leadership: collaborate with solution architecture teams to embed GenAI into future-state architecture patterns, platforms, and delivery models. Champion developer & tester productivity: evaluate and implement tools such as GenAI copilots, test case generators, documentation assistants, and UI mock-up tools. Prototype & evangelize: build PoCs/demos and partner with product, design, and engineering to prioritize scalable GenAI solutions. Coach & mentor: educate teams on GenAI tools, risks, design patterns, prompting best practices, and responsible AI principles. Governance & risk alignment: work with security and compliance to ensure GenAI initiatives meet regulatory and responsible AI standards. Note: Only individuals lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered. Qualifications
12+ years in solution or enterprise architecture roles, with deep experience in digital transformation programs. Proven experience with GenAI tools, LLMs, or AI-infused workflows (e.g., Copilot, GPT, Claude, internal LLMs). Strong knowledge of modern front-end and back-end stacks (Angular, React, Microservices). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence at senior levels. Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill cross-functional teams in emerging tech. Exposure to banking domain or regulated industries is a plus. Nice To Have
Familiarity with model tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, or vector databases. Experience with content generation, chatbot workflows, UI/UX prototyping, or personalization models. Understanding of privacy and ethical considerations around GenAI in enterprise settings. Job Summary
