Systems Engineer (T-02) / Principal Systems Engineer (T-03) . This position is located in
Huntsville, Alabama
and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. What You’ll Get to Do
Perform requirements analysis, develop source data for requirements, generate requirements verification, and help prepare test plans and procedures Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for mechanical, electrical and integrated systems Create and maintain SysML and UPDM models in Cameo EA; interface with subject matter experts, analysts, architects, designers, system engineers and specialty engineers to capture Payload Systems GBSD structure and behavior using accurate UPDM/SysML representations according to OMG standards Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications Verify specifications and designs through modeling and simulation, test data processing, and performance analysis Support all phases of the systems lifecycle including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal Basic Qualifications
This requisition may be filled at either the Systems Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03). Systems Engineer
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree Minimum 1 year of experience with MBSE tools Principal Systems Engineer
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related experience; 3 years experience with a Master of Science degree; 1 year experience with a PhD Minimum 2 year of experience with MBSE tools Required for Both Levels
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have a current or ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience with ICBM Weapon Systems Experience with any of the following tools and languages: DOORS, Cameo, MagicDraw, UML, SysML 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering and any of the following areas: Requirements Management: MBSE, Functional Block Diagrams, Specification Trees Systems and end item requirements validation and verification Design: Systems Design, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, N2 Analysis, Trade Studies General knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines: Safety, Nuclear Hardness, Nuclear Surety, Material Science, Environmental, Parts and Logistics, etc Position Benefits

The salary ranges are general guidelines; actual offers depend on scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential and discretionary bonuses may be available. Annual bonuses may reward individual contributions and company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
