The Vice President, Finance Strategy and Transformation is a strategic executive role accountable for architecting and leading a company-wide transformation of the Finance operating model and systems modernization, and for shaping operational excellence across the organization. This includes analysis and strategic oversight of AI investment, organizational and capital structure, and long-term financial planning. Reporting to the CFO, this role will champion cross-functional alignment across the executive team, the finance team, external investors, and the board related to enterprise efficiency and value creation. The VP will sponsor enterprise-wide transformation, lead the investment and ROI tracking for internal enterprise-wide AI transformation, and oversee future-state design and transformation of financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Strategy & Transformation Enablement Serve as executive lead for GTM-related transformation programs across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, supporting pricing, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition. Align business priorities across Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to build scalable, efficient, and compliant product-to-cash processes. Sponsor enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize financial systems, improve sales velocity, and enhance visibility into performance levers and customer value. Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Leverage data and analytics to drive transparency, performance trends, and ensure transformation initiatives align with strategic growth objectives. Lead conversations around transformation and efficiency tracking and results with internal and external stakeholders. Drive alignment among stakeholders where opinions differ. Drive higher levels of rigor and analysis into investor-facing deliverables on business performance and trends. Financial Automation Assessment and Enablement Guide the strategic use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency in targeted Finance and GTM processes (e.g., billing, collections, revenue accounting). Partner with Information Management to adopt automation governance models, delivery frameworks, and capability-building efforts. Champion a culture of continuous improvement through automation, reducing manual workload and improving cycle times across functions. Financial Systems & Process Modernization Provide leadership to financial systems transformation initiatives that support growth, compliance, and operational scale through the use of AI and other efficiency levers Ensure team alignment between GTM transformation and Finance, with focus on seamless integration, data integrity, and performance visibility. Collaborate with Finance and IT leadership to evaluate and implement tools that enable agile forecasting, revenue modeling, and dynamic reporting. Qualifications

12+ years of progressive leadership in Finance, Finance Strategy or Transformation, or experience growing and leading finance teams in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments. Experience leading complex transformation programs, including system and process transformation and enterprise capital allocation and tracking Exceptional cross-functional leadership, program management, and communication skills with internal, executive and investor audiences Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; Investment Banking, consulting or MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $248,000 plus bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by the job and level, and the final offer is based on skills, experience, and location.
