Description About the Role:

Astrana Health is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support the company’s strategic investor relations and corporate communications initiatives. In this high-visibility role, you’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, contribute to capital markets strategy, and play a central part in shaping how investors and stakeholders understand our business. You’ll have the opportunity to develop hands-on experience in investor relations analysis, external messaging, and corporate storytelling—within a mission-driven, fast-paced healthcare organization at the forefront of value-based care.

What You\'ll Do

Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations (IR) strategy in partnership with senior team members

Draft and refine investor-facing materials, including quarterly earnings presentations, fact sheets, and press releases

Prepare key messaging, Q&A documents, and competitive analysis in support of earnings calls, conferences, and investor meetings

Track and synthesize industry news, peer performance, analyst reports, and investor feedback to inform internal strategy and external messaging

Monitor stock performance, shareholder activity, and changes in market sentiment

Coordinate investor events and roadshows, including scheduling, registration, and preparation of materials

Support the development of broader communications strategies that reinforce IR objectives and strengthen the company’s external positioning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial and strategic messaging

Manage communications planning and execution for special situations, including crisis response or M&A activity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant professional experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, or investor relations is a plus

Strong financial literacy, including understanding of accounting principles, key operating metrics, valuation methods, and financial modeling

Familiarity with the healthcare sector and prior exposure to value-based care strongly preferred

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics

High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience with investor relations or corporate communications is a plus

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

This is a remote role within the United States

The total compensation target range for this role is: $70,000 - $90,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role
