Senior Director, Product Management - Zelle Platform at Early Warning®. This role contributes to the multi-year product vision and drives product roadmap execution for the core Zelle platform—the at-scale payment network serving over 100 million users in partnership with Early Warning’s U.S. financial institution customers. The role may lead multiple products or product areas. Locations: Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York with a hybrid work model. Eligibility: Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States at the date of hire. This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship. Job type: Full-time; Seniority: Director level equivalent in practice for this role. Essential Functions

Leadership: Builds internal and external coalitions and alignment on product strategy and execution. Influences cross-functional teams, executives and customer leadership with strong vision, strategy, and product execution. May lead a team of direct reports. Customer Passion and Advocacy: Proactively assesses customer needs across the portfolio of products to maximize customer satisfaction. Leverages feedback into insights and builds products and services that delight customers. Drive Outcomes: Works with marketing, sales, analytics, design and development to drive go-to-market strategies, attain product revenue and client adoption targets. Owns internal financial targets and customer satisfaction goals. Talent Development: Recruit, develop and retain top talent for the organization. Commitment to Risk Management: Oversees integration of risk and security controls and ensures compliance to laws and regulations. Technical Understanding: Collaborates with technologists to deliver market solutions; defines requirements, grooms user stories, and partners with technology teams. Support risk management and protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 15+ years of related work experience Experience in design thinking and agile development Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration Proven experience building and delivering products Experience recruiting and developing direct talent Experience setting product strategy, roadmap, and meeting revenue targets Experience driving alignment at executive and client leadership levels Excellent listening and execution skills Background check/drug screening Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree Certifications in design thinking and/or agile Experience in payments, financial services or regulated industries People management experience Directory Service And Platform Product Management Focus

Responsible for developing and communicating the directory strategy and messaging framework for the directory. Must become subject matter expert in the Shared Directory technical platform and drive adoption and compliance with financial institutions. The role will develop and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions and resellers, lead scalable data architecture transformations to increase value while mitigating risk and improving services. The role will align with and motivate cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and develop innovative solutions. Directory Service And Platform Product Management Qualifications

Expertise in directory or data platforms used by financial institutions or developers Experience in platform strategy, taxonomies, policies, processes, and rules to enable growth while minimizing risk Experience with instrumentation of platform services, data integrity and customer insights Product and people leadership experience Physical Requirements

Office environment; sedentary work with extensive computer use; ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally; visual acuity and dexterity for documents and equipment; ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Base pay scale varies by location: Phoenix, AZ: $185,000–$230,000; New York, NY/San Francisco, CA: $220,000–$274,000. Eligible for discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change and not a guarantee of compensation. Benefits include health, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and additional programs.
