Carnow, Conibear & Assoc., Ltd. (Carnow Coibear) is a leading environmental, health, and safety consulting firm located in downtown Chicago. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage industrial hygiene projects, with a focus on asbestos, lead, and mold services. As a Senior Project Manager in our Asbestos and Lead Department, you\'ll oversee complex projects from planning through execution. You\'ll lead field investigations, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary projects Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, QA/QC standards, and client satisfaction Conduct and manage: Asbestos inspections and abatement oversight; Lead inspections, risk assessments, and clearance testing; Mold evaluations Prepare detailed reports, project designs, and abatement plans Supervise and mentor junior staff Qualifications
IDPH Professional Asbestos and Lead licenses (preferred) Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience Strong understanding of environmental regulations and safety protocols Excellent communication and project management skills Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) Willingness to travel locally for site work What We Offer
