General Summary

The VP, Integrated Supply Chain is responsible for leading the enablement and transformation of the Customer, Logistics & Planning organization to deliver industry-leading service and cost-to-serve metrics. This includes creating the strategy and ensuring the execution and achievement of the plan/transformation. They will partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our overall network to become more efficient and will serve as the primary thought leader for continuous improvement projects, productivity improvements, metrics development, and the overall connected network. The leader will be accountable for driving the execution of optimization models, governing the logistics enabler program, and driving key strategic initiative execution to achieve world-class logistics results. This role will drive best practices, analytics, project delivery, optimization initiatives, and the development/implementation of the logistics strategy, including collaboration with the IT organization on Customer, Planning, and Logistics digital roadmaps. The role works collaboratively with all Regional Warehouse leaders, Transportation, Network Optimization, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Customer Logistics, and Sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, strong financial acumen and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This leader will play an integral part across six primary areas: Operations Network Design & Optimization, Enterprise Logistics Efficiency, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Management, Supply Chain Systems Integration & Performance, Network Repack Optimization, and Business Process Optimization. Principal Responsibilities

Operations Network Design & Optimization Lead the design and continuous optimization of the supply chain network, including points of manufacture, make vs. buy integration, distribution, and transportation routes to balance cost, service, waste, and risk. Oversee the architecture of supply chain flows, ensuring alignment with business growth, inventory efficiency, and customer demand. Use advanced analytics and modeling tools to simulate network scenarios, assess impact of change, and guide strategic decisions. Leverage network design, capacity modeling, capability builds, and infrastructure to support division and category scenario planning, enabling speed to market through alignment with network capabilities. Supply Chain Systems Integration & Performance Drive innovation through digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. Develop and implement a logistics strategy that promotes digitization, automation, and a highly connected, transparent, and responsive supply chain. Co-create, in partnership with IT, the Customer, Logistics, and Planning roadmap and systems integration strategies. Streamline supply chain to improve operational visibility and leverage technology for competitive advantage. Partner with BPO to determine appropriate digital enablers, including application of AI within mapped solutions. Benchmark Campbell’s to the broader F&B market to stay aware of emerging and disruptive technology. Business Process Optimization Lead analysis of logistics and transportation business processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, service and profitability. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. Establish processes and tools to collect and measure data, define KPIs, and produce data-driven analyses of critical functions. Enterprise Logistics Efficiency Lead and support key logistics project initiatives to improve productivity and utilization while maintaining an optimal cost profile. Identify process improvements to drive productivity, standardization, and efficiencies across Logistics. Provide overall enabler program governance for the Customer, Logistics & Planning organization. Lead cross-functional teams with Regional Warehouse leaders, Transportation, Network Optimization, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Customer Logistics, and Sales to achieve enabler goals. Supply Chain Analytics & Data Management Lead analytics of key data streams to identify insights that guide strategic direction across Supply Chain. Advance maturity of analytical tools and reports to effectively manage Customer, Logistics, and Planning performance. Own Supply Chain data product management and data governance as part of the Data Office model. Network Repack Optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize repacking processes using automation, standardizing packaging systems, and efficient workflows. Coordinate with network design to identify efficiency and centralization opportunities. Support evaluation of external partners for service or outsource opportunities. Support cost-out initiatives in market offerings and SKU optimization. Job Complexity / Scope

Delivers against financial logistics targets and budgets. Serves as the executional program leader for strategic logistics initiatives to optimize end-to-end supply chain costs. Leads, governs, and influences the Logistics enabler program for Campbell’s. Acts as a SME for the overall Logistics team, analyzing key data streams for insights and a funnel of optimization opportunities. Develops systematic solutions to drive data analysis and business outcomes. Establishes critical performance metrics and fosters standardization and best practices. Addresses complex operational issues and drives cross-functional implementation of solutions. Ensures best practices are shared and re-applied; maintains standardization. Plans, builds, maintains and improves Logistics tools to continually improve service excellence. Develops expertise in multiple systems critical to analyzing and influencing daily Distribution operations. Leads network troubleshooting, variance analysis, and root-cause data correlation efforts. Coaches and develops talent with timely feedback and guidance. Job Specifications

Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; MBA/MS preferred. Minimum of 15 years of CPG experience; with a concentration in Logistics preferred. Experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IM, WMS (e.g., SAP/JDA) and Llamasoft or similar network optimization tools is required. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain strategy. Experience with storage and handling of food grade / regulated products. Experience managing Logistics Operations in a highly seasonal/variable volume business. Strong financial understanding and ability to interpret key business concepts. Ability to interfacing with broad cross-functional groups to obtain data and secure buy-in for recommendations. Ability to integrate multiple work-streams into a holistic supply chain strategy. Ability to perform detailed analysis and draw conclusions from complex data amid uncertainty. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; strong communication and presentation skills. Working Conditions

Typical Office & Warehouse environment Travel 15%-25% Compensation and Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $212,000-$304,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and experience; total pay may include other compensation.
