Support our Program Management Office (PMO) in defining and maintaining schedules, task/board management, and program controls monitoring and maintenance. Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and interact with technical and creative teams. Support program managers in delivering excellence in program administration and reporting. Participate in elaborating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS) and task boards. Maintain plans and facilitate sprint meetings with project teams. Participate in creation and maintenance of program documentation. Contribute to elaboration of program metrics and maintain these metrics. Contribute to elaboration and maintenance of risk registers. Drive program performance reporting. Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent experience. Technical/Science background preferred to facilitate interaction with technical teams. 3-5 years experience in similar responsibilities (e.g. scrum master, program administrator, program controller). PMP certification or similar is a plus. Skills

Thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced and technical work environment. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex multi-faceted situations to decision makers. Strong time management skills with ability to rapidly switch topics. Detail oriented with a passion for organization. Proficient with schedule and task management software such as MS Project and Wrike, or similar. Proficient with Agile project management, phase-gate project management and other common approaches.
