Part-time Brand Ambassador role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. You are the face of our company and represent our values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities
You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a "friends first" mindset. You will be taught the model. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Be a team player and help the team achieve goals. You love interacting with people and have energy for a fast-paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products.
