Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in increasing product adoption within Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role is essential in developing and driving targeted marketing strategies that resonate with ASC partners, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of all J&J Medtech surgery product solutions. This includes the full portfolio (Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, and Endomechanical and Energy). Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies for ASCs Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the unique needs and dynamics of ASCs Find opportunities to increase product visibility and adoption within ASCs Collaborate with ASC market development managers (MDMs), the core field sales organization (FSO), aligned inside sales team, and platform marketing peers to align strategies and ensure effective execution Lead / support ASC business planning and mid-term planning strategy discussions Cultivate relationships with ASC administrators, surgeons, and clinical staff Develop targeted messaging and educational initiatives to demonstrate product value and differentiation Organize and attend events, conferences, demonstrations, team meetings, and training sessions within ASCs Coordinate with platform marketers and internal teams to ensure inclusion and relevance for ASC audiences Lead the ASC conference strategy, in close partnership with the MDM team lead Work with Prof Ed to ensure ASC-relevant educational offerings and materials are generated and implemented Support key IDN ASC customer meetings to drive differentiated customer value Engage with KAM, JJMT Ortho, and ASC core team members in coordinated cross-op quarterly business reviews to expedite growth opportunities for our largest opportunities Collaborate with multi-disciplinary partners to implement, complete, and track coordinated omnichannel campaigns to drive incremental revenue and awareness of ASC offerings Conduct market research to understand ASC needs, preferences, and competitive landscape Track and analyze product adoption metrics and campaign performance; use insights to refine tactics Lead advisory boards to derive actionable insights Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions within the ASC segment; coordinate with cross-functional teams for rollout and adoption Develop collateral, digital content, and campaigns tailored for ASC audiences; create ASC-specific assets for omnichannel campaigns, customer reviews, and conferences Collaborate with pricing and contracting leads to create ASC-relevant offerings Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience; Sales/Marketing focus strongly preferred Strong understanding of the ASC landscape, workflows, and key decision-makers preferred Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adapt strategies Willingness to travel as needed to engage with ASC partners This position will be based in Raritan, NJ and requires up to 40% travel, US domestic.
