This position is hybrid, requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week at our clients Stamford, CT office, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Note:

The qualified candidate for this position must have a minimum of one (1) year of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions. About Our Client

Job Description

Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including civil, white-collar defense, and securities cases. Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across a range of litigation topics. Participate in internal investigations and client interviews. Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates on litigation strategy, case management, and client communication. Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to deadlines and detail. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Connecticut Bar. Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a law firm or judicial clerkship (preferred) Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred but not required. Why This Is a Great Opportunity
