Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. We pride ourselves on our ethical approach, attention to detail, and a proactive stance in managing legal matters, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier legal representation. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about family law and thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on family law, including divorce, custody, and support issues. Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and support issues. Engage in litigation, mediation, and collaborative processes as appropriate. Maintain ethical standards and provide proactive, client-focused legal services. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 3 years of legal experience with a strong emphasis on family law. Strong Litigation/Trial experience. Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex and high-net-worth family law cases. Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization (preferred). Benefits
