Provide scientific knowledge and expertise to support product innovation for the Connected Care Group Develop and implement a Medical Affairs strategy that aligns with global business unit goals Collaborate with clinical research and other teams to design clinical trials for successful product launches Lead the Medical Affairs team in creating strategic educational and training materials for internal and external stakeholders Manage the Medical Affairs budget and ensure compliance with regulatory standards What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; Nursing or clinical degree preferred Over 5 years of industry experience, with global and regional exposure preferred Proven knowledge of medical device and digital health product development Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities in English Ability to lead high-performing teams and manage cross-functional collaborations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
